The service i expeirenced was excellent, from the moement i entered the door i was greeted with a smile and was taken care of by down to earth people. I did not expect this out of a econo Lodge. The rooms were nice and big. The architexture outside was beautiful. I paticualiarly enjoyed the pool gazebo area. Great Hotel!!!!.

We used this hotel for a stop-over from our flight into Buff. We then drove to Toronto the next morning. The staff was helpful and nice. We missed the breakfast because we were still on WestCoast time and didn't wake-up until after 11am(EST). The kids had fun at the playground, overall grounds were clean, pool looked nice.

We stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend of shopping... the hotel was very clean and reasonably up-to-date. The hotel was very close to the Outlet Mall and the other stores along Niagara Falls Blvd. It was about 25 minutes to the Galleria Mall.
We got an excellent deal on our room. We had two queen sized beds and it was only $120 for the two nights. The best part about this hotel is the breakfast, which is included with the room. There were lots of choices: bagels, cereal, toast, pastries, muffins, apples, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. This was much appreciated, especially because we didn't want to spend too much time on breakfast... we wanted to get to the mall!!! :)
The front desk service was great both on check in and check out. Our phone wasn't set up properly when we first got to the room, but when we call the front desk, it was fixed in a matter of minutes.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel... especially for a shopping trip! It isn't romantic but it is clean, the location is good, and the breakfast is a nice touch! Enjoy! :)

We needed a quick little get away, and this was our second time staying for a few days. We stayed in August and the experience was terrific - esp. the outdoor swimming pool! The desk staff are very friendly and accomodating. In February, The wheelchair ramps were heavily iced over eventhough they knew ahead we were coming with a wheelchair, and we needed to ask for them to be cleared; but once we asked they did do it right away.

I went to Niagara Falls, NY to meet my university friends, that I didn't see for 9 years. We stayed at Econo Lodge with 3 young children (3, 4 and 7 years old). The rooms were very clean and warm. The continental breakfast was good: choice of bagels, cream cheese, jam, several different cereals for kids, muffins, danishes, coffee (of course). We also had small fridge and microwave in our room. The hotel is close to Niagara Falls. My only complain is that heating fan was noisy, but no one seemed to be bothered. Also this place had a pool and playground for kids, but we couldn't use it, because it rained. I would stay there again.

The four of us stayed for three nights while visiting the falls, we stayed mid week. All three nights were very quiet, despite the hotel being very busy, the parking lot was full. Although one morning we heard the alarm clock next door beeping non stop for 20 minutes. The shower was good, bathroom was clean. The hotel has nice grounds and a great shallow pool, great for kids and non-swimmers. The continental breakfast was really heavy on the carbs and after 3 days, I was tired of it. However you were only blocks from many chain restaurants which we visited for our evening meals. Shopping was also very close and easy to get to. We used the hotel's free "ride on the trolley" cards to visit the falls, saving us from driving in a very confusing city with a lot of one way roads. (next time I will buy a city map when we want to explore by car). It cost our family of four, 69.00 plus taxes a night, a real deal compared to our stay on the Canadian side of the falls. The rooms have do it yourself safes for your valuables. Security wise, it's far enough away from the Falls, I didn't worry about my car or safety, I felt everything was very secure. The staff were always helpful.

The hotel was in a good location for eating, shopping, etc. and the distance to Niagara Falls was not that far. The room was very clean and impressive.
