Enjoyed our stay here with kids. Pool and playground area were a good break from the Falls. Location good requiring drive or bus ride but easy travel. "Shuttle" to Falls is a city bus.

I was impressed with the quality of this hotel.

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value for the money. Even though it is an Econo Lodge, it is much better than the Quality Inn just down the street. I would recomend the Econo Lodge by the Falls North to others for sure.

Clean rooms that have just been redone. Hotel is very clean and neat and just outside of the real touristy district of Niagara Falls, New York.

Great location for Cdn shoppers heading to Outlet mall and Amherst shopping. Large room (easily fit a playpen) and tiny bathroom. Playground for kids. Reasonably clean.

I was a little hesitant booking this hotel since it was the cheapest one I found in the area. BUT I am glad that I did. I read some of these reviews, and they sounded pretty good. The rooms where really clean. The beds where good. The price was right! The breakfast was really good, all the food tasted fresh. And the best of all, the hotel was close to the shopping areas (expamle Prime Outlet, Target)

I would definitely recommend this place!

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel at first after having seen other Econo Lodges. But my worries were for naught!

We arrived at the hotel close to midnight and the exterior looks great! The lighting makes the hotel looks so nice at night time!

After check-in everything went from better to great! We reserved an extra cot, which was delivered and assembled in our room within 5 minutes. The size of the room is comfortable. Bathrooms are on the small side, but that's pretty much expected.

Breakfast the next day was all right. The breakfast area was a little small and there are not enough room for everyone to sit. But it is free.

Overall, we had a pretty good experience. Better deal than the Quality Inn on Niagara Falls Blvd. by far! We will most likely be staying at this Econo Lodge for all of our future travels in the Niagara Falls area.

This hotel was great! I would recommend it to anyone. It has been recently remodeled and was definitely worth the price. I would stay there again. I really loved the visitor center that was there. The staff was very eager to answer any of your questions and offer suggestions on things to do & see.

For our family it was a perfect place to stay. It easy to get to the Niagara Falls ( administration of Econo Lodge provided us with the free tickets on the trolleybus), and it was easy to keep kids busy on hot summer days - great pool with basketball a stand, and a game room ... Also I would like to tell specifically about breakfast. It was fantastik: big variety of food. And of course favorite of our family - home-made Waffles! Kids got very exciding making waffles themselves. Thank you to all stuff of Econo Lodge!

The hotel is far from the falls and you need a car to get there but it is just a ten minute drive. The area around the hotel has a lot of stores. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There were no luxuries, just a good night's sleep. It was excellent value for the money.

The room was very clean, the people were very friendly and helpful with questions. We will stay there again when in the area. They also have a welcome center right on the property which was great for getting maps and info as where to go. There was a nice pool and play yard for the kids.

This is a nice motel to crash at if you are visiting the falls and don't want to shell out a ton for a view of the falls from your room.

The room was adequately sized and the bed comfy. The bathroom and towels were clean too.
Best part was the breakfast. They sufficiently stacked breakfast with Bagels, Muffins, Cereals, breads, jams etc. This was the first motel I found that does not try to skim on the breakfast.

The hotel is older and the rooms are basic and not for someone looking for luxury, but it was very clean and quiet. We were very comfortable in our double queen room, which included a small refrigerator and microwave. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Although we didn't utilize it, the pool seemed small but clean and there was a small playground. Landscapers were busy the entire time we were there.

My family and I stayed here on our vacation. We were at the hotel for three nights. We were very pleased with the rooms, very spacious (we were upstairs) even though the bathroom was very small. The beds were just awesome and very comfy. The staff were very friendly. The pool and the outside area was very clean. We were about 4 miles from the falls which was OK. The general location was not very appealing due to industry across the street from the hotel but we were not at the hotel the entire time anyway and the area was very quiet. The price was right and very affordable. If you are not interested in driving to the falls (about 10 minutes) there is a trolley that comes by the hotel every hour and runs until 12:00 midnight. Overall our stay was wonderful. We do plan to stay again.

NOTE: there are 3 or 4 EconoLodge hotels in Niagara Falls NY, this is the one on 5919 Niagara Falls Boulevard, with the Falls-shaped fountain in front and the paper recycling plant across the street.

Went with a bunch of friends for a weekend event in Niagara Falls. This hotel was clean and the rooms looked brand new. The rooms are big, beds were excellent. No funky smells. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof; one of our friends had checked in and was waiting for people to show up - turns out he was next door to some more friends who were watching a playoff hockey game (hotel has Versus!) and he didn't know they were there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we mentioned at breakfast that my roommate and I had forgotten toothpaste the desk clerk brought us a tube while we were there! It seems like a family business where some of the staff actually stays in an apartment upstairs from the lobby.

The lobby is nice, there's a little breakfast area on one side (we had bagels and cereal and juice, all just fine) and then the lobby area has souvenirs and brochures and a fish tank and turtle tank that was a big hit with the 2-year-old in our party.

There's also a little playground in the yard, and an outdoor pool that was well maintained although it wasn't swimming season.

Since we had several people staying, my friend called ahead and got a group rate - less than $50/night. We ended up with 8 rooms, all together.

There are a bunch of restaurants and other businesses within a mile on Niagara Falls Boulevard, we had no trouble finding a grocery store and gas and food and everything we needed. We did drive to the falls (American side) one afternoon, it's easy to get to and about 3 miles away.

I would absolutely stay here again. Best Econo-Lodge ever.

I stayed at this hotel from June 22-24, the staff was great at check in even our housekeeper was nice, our room was clean and big (we traveled with 2 children). The pool was a nice size, it stayed open until midnight and it is heated. Even thought the was a lot of activity going on outside on the daytime we did no hear the noise in our room.  It's close to the falls (only 3 miles away), and very easy to get to. There's a lot of restaurants around, and the price is pretty good considering if you go to the hotels closest to the falls you'll probably pay double. Honestly, this hotel was very good for what I paid and great for kids, with the pool and game room.

We used this hotel for a stop-over from our flight into Buff. We then drove to Toronto the next morning. The staff was helpful and nice. We missed the breakfast because we were still on WestCoast time and didn't wake-up until after 11am(EST). The kids had fun at the playground, overall grounds were clean, pool looked nice.

We stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend of shopping... the hotel was very clean and reasonably up-to-date. The hotel was very close to the Outlet Mall and the other stores along Niagara Falls Blvd. It was about 25 minutes to the Galleria Mall.

We got an excellent deal on our room. We had two queen sized beds and it was only $120 for the two nights. The best part about this hotel is the breakfast, which is included with the room. There were lots of choices: bagels, cereal, toast, pastries, muffins, apples, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. This was much appreciated, especially because we didn't want to spend too much time on breakfast... we wanted to get to the mall!!! :)

The front desk service was great both on check in and check out. Our phone wasn't set up properly when we first got to the room, but when we call the front desk, it was fixed in a matter of minutes.

All in all, I would recommend this hotel... especially for a shopping trip! It isn't romantic but it is clean, the location is good, and the breakfast is a nice touch! Enjoy! :)

We needed a quick little get away, and this was our second time staying for a few days. We stayed in August and the experience was terrific - esp. the outdoor swimming pool! The desk staff are very friendly and accomodating. In February, The wheelchair ramps were heavily iced over eventhough they knew ahead we were coming with a wheelchair, and we needed to ask for them to be cleared; but once we asked they did do it right away.

I went to Niagara Falls, NY to meet my university friends, that I didn't see for 9 years. We stayed at Econo Lodge with 3 young children (3, 4 and 7 years old). The rooms were very clean and warm. The continental breakfast was good: choice of bagels, cream cheese, jam, several different cereals for kids, muffins, danishes, coffee (of course). We also had small fridge and microwave in our room. The hotel is close to Niagara Falls. My only complain is that heating fan was noisy, but no one seemed to be bothered. Also this place had a pool and playground for kids, but we couldn't use it, because it rained. I would stay there again.

The four of us stayed for three nights while visiting the falls, we stayed mid week. All three nights were very quiet, despite the hotel being very busy, the parking lot was full. Although one morning we heard the alarm clock next door beeping non stop for 20 minutes. The shower was good, bathroom was clean. The hotel has nice grounds and a great shallow pool, great for kids and non-swimmers. The continental breakfast was really heavy on the carbs and after 3 days, I was tired of it. However you were only blocks from many chain restaurants which we visited for our evening meals. Shopping was also very close and easy to get to. We used the hotel's free "ride on the trolley" cards to visit the falls, saving us from driving in a very confusing city with a lot of one way roads. (next time I will buy a city map when we want to explore by car). It cost our family of four, 69.00 plus taxes a night, a real deal compared to our stay on the Canadian side of the falls. The rooms have do it yourself safes for your valuables. Security wise, it's far enough away from the Falls, I didn't worry about my car or safety, I felt everything was very secure. The staff were always helpful.

The hotel was in a good location for eating, shopping, etc. and the distance to Niagara Falls was not that far. The room was very clean and impressive.
